Sagga Media
Modernizing the Narrative.
The independent editorial and documentary arm of Sagga & Co. We report the connection most coverage leaves out: between a policy decision, the economics behind it, and what it costs an ordinary household.

Empowering the Next Generation
Young Canadians are not a demographic to be managed. They inherit every decision being made now, and they are the ones who will have to make the next set work.
The anxiety is rational. Housing that cannot be entered, careers being redrawn by automation, institutions that have stopped answering: these are accurate readings of the situation, not a mood to be reassured out of.
Our work is to turn that reading into leverage: trace a personal problem back to the structural decision that produced it, then show where that decision can be changed. Analysis serious enough to act on, and the tools to act with.

A Coalition of Trusted Messengers
A serious media landscape needs people who already hold an audience’s trust and refuse to spend it cheaply. We are looking for independent journalists, creators, and community leaders who judge their work by whether it holds up, not by how far it travels.
We don’t do one-off brand deals. Partners keep editorial independence and full ownership of their voice, and reach their audience directly through the OneCivic infrastructure, without an algorithm deciding who gets to hear them.
A fixed share of what that work earns goes into the Staple Box Initiative, so the same content that informs a neighbourhood also helps feed it.

The Exposition
A project we’re building for a younger audience that grew up online and is tired of being talked down to. It goes deep on the politics and economics shaping Ottawa and the country, and reports the parts that usually get left out.
